Scott Johnson

From his very first Lego, Scott knew he liked building things.

In high school, he thought that meant becoming an architect, until he realized he couldn’t bring himself to care about regulations like proper light switch spacing. What did hold his attention was football, strategy, and the fascinating mix of chaos and structure required to get 11 people moving in the same direction on a single play call.

That curiosity led Scott to his niche: growth systems. Throughout his career, he’s focused on designing scalable revenue systems and pairing them with clear, practical playbooks that help marketing, sales, and operations work together. 

Scott believes most organizations respond to pressure by asking for more. More leads. More pipeline. More activity. It’s the business equivalent of “we need to go faster.” His philosophy is that speed isn’t the goal. Building the right system is. 

By investing upfront in structure, clean data, reliable processes, and clear accountability, Scott helps teams create an environment where speed becomes inevitable rather than chaotic. Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Michigan State University. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his dog, Riggins. A lifelong Detroit sports fan, he follows the Lions closely and fully embraces the roller coaster of emotions that comes with it.
