He is not just an extremely knowledgeable humble genius; he is also a gifted communicator and a delightful human being—always upbeat, kind, understanding, and accommodating. Left to our own, implementation would’ve been clunky, rife with inevitable snags, and run the risk of us never fully realizing the potential of the tool we paid for.
