Adam has a talent for seeing both the big picture forest and the detail-level trees. Whether he’s mapping out a full CRM strategy or rolling up his sleeves to build automations, he has a true knack for turning complex processes into systems that actually work – while training teams to use them.
With a background in system administration, Adam has spent his early career working at the intersection of people, process, and technology. Before joining 1 Bold Step, he founded Friendly Marketing Solutions, a HubSpot and CRM consulting agency. He built a reputation in the yachting industry while working across a wide range of clients spanning crypto and security, auction houses, associations, and membership clubs. His work spanned across managing portals, building workflows and automations, running email campaigns, and maintaining contact databases. Along the way, he also managed event execution for major industry shows, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
At 1 Bold Step, Adam brings that same mindset to clients – designing and implementing HubSpot solutions that fit the way their business actually operates. From restructuring deal pipelines to building automations to creating custom reporting dashboards to executing third-party integrations, he helps companies go from scattered data to clean, scalable systems teams can easily adopt.
Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Purdue School of Science at IUPUI. His research there focused around deep learning (AI) and data architecture, giving him a foundation in problem-solving and systems design that still shapes how he approaches CRM challenges today.
