InsITe Business Solutions & sister company; Software InsITe are Microsoft Gold Partners that provide business consulting to SMBs and solve everyday problems with great technology. They wanted to update their marketing approach to be more proactive, more focused on lead generation, and to be able to show direct and measurable progress that was aligned with their overall strategic goals. In response, 1 Bold Step developed a 12-month marketing strategy and execution plan, implemented HubSpot as their marketing automation platform, and assisted with the integration of it to their CRM for lead-to-sale, ROMI tracking. We continue to work with InsITe Business Solutions & Software InsITe in an ongoing partnership, serving as their outsourced, fractional marketing team. Filling the roles of Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Manager, Content Strategist/Copywriter, and SEO/Digital Coordinator, we meet weekly to formulate and execute their marketing plan. This includes activities like editorial calendar management, blog and website content creation, outbound emails (newsletter, etc.), PR, industry & association partnerships, SEO, and Google Ads.
